From my perspective, President- elect trump is more similar as President Xi in China. Before 2018, few Chinese people would believe he would modify the constitution to remove the term limits. I admitted constitution in China usually is a joke. But that term restriction was not.

If I were in Congress, I would have learned the constitution back and forth to be 2 steps ahead of them. But no dem have done that, obviously because they still think they will have a say in this.
