Banking in rural communities would be a practical start. The old post office savings bank could be revived. I can buy a money order at the PO. But limited services unless you drive to the next town. I bank on line but some of our areas have no internet or phone service.

Ya, screw austerity cuts. How about the wealthy pay their FAIR share of taxes? Yes, that means a disproportionate amount. For them, that's FAIR. renewable federal energy, at all levels and agencies. Charter schools should get not one dime. Parole arrests? Someone breaks parole? Put them in a cage.
