She was selected because trump was playing to her religious affiliations and true masters. Everything she does is for her church leaders and not trump directly and, like most former trump allies, now that they have filled their purpose they no longer matter.

She tried to be more judicious with some of her other decisions. Not the roe decision of course, but others like insisting that private crimes are not covered by presidential immunity. Maybe she's not the worst like Clarence or Sam. But still not great for the left.
