Amen. Service workers in general really. Barristas and bartenders. And retail is a special kind of hell. Black Friday pre-covid at a major retail store was wild and I'm thankful I only had to do it one year.
Everyone should do a stint in retail/customer facing to see what the hellscape is like. Maybe, just maybe people will stop being assholes to servers. I doubt it, but I can hope.
