The judiciary is holding the line too
1. How is the Alien Enemies Act even constitutional? It seems to me, as a layperson, that it clearly violates the Due Process Clause.
2. Has it ever been challenged in the courts on constitutional grounds? If so, why was it upheld?
I thought John McCain was too conservative. How I long for those days of sanity and decency. The GOP is gone, replaced by Maga. The GOP should be ashamed and change the name officially for the historic relevancy of their downfall.
