I‘m sure it’s delicious, but I always had the hope that a banana bread would still have some big chunks of a banana 🍌 in it. 😞

Ohhh I've never tried making a chunky banana bread. My logic has always been that the bananas are needed to help bind the batter together, so I mix it as thoroughly as possible. I should experiment!
