i'm trying to remember what Liv's first full length movie was that she sat through...it might have Totoro or Fantastic Mr. Fox. Both still faves today.

I don’t know what was the first movie of the toddler I used to nanny but I know the ones that were on regular rotation were Mary Poppins and Yellow Submarine.

Ooooh Fantastic Mr Fox is an excellent choice, I’ll add that to the list of possible movie night movies. The kiddo liked it so much that we want to make it a regular thing.

Yay! I hope we can get back to that, too. It's been a bit challenging here in a bunch of ways but we'll get there again. Her first movie in theater was Inside Out 2 which she LOVED and did great.

omg. i seriously love the silly things kids say. my sister's kids first movie was flowed in the theaters. i think her first movie at home was lilo and stitch. she's obsessed w/ stitch.

My kids love that one too. I’m surprised they had the patience for it, but when I put it on, they just sat mesmerized. They ask for Ghibli films now by protagonist: “Kiki”, “Mei”, “Sophie”, et al.
