Unfortunately this is my SO rn due to a medical concern + anxiety... If anyone has resources on how I can help her, I'd be grateful! It's so hard when all I can do is repeat she isn't going to die and it seems to have no effect (despite her saying it does help).
Nope. Everyone has more options. I personally like anger lately because it motivates me to do things to resist the wrong, and to do the right. THAT can feel good.
