Did my first float of the year. Sensory deprivation is such a weird, energizing activity. I've been doing it on and off (it's not that cheap) for the last 6-7 years (with a lot of pandemic skipped of course) and it's always fascinating and I feel amazing afterwards.

I've only ever done an hour personally but it did take a few sessions to learn how to settle in and relax. It's a very awkward feeling at once. I still look like an idiot trying to get out of the pod. :)
