I will not deny that Jeff is cartoonish, but he is definitely an ally. His articles have been informational, if full of profanity, and his take on Democrats is more "get off your ass and fight for us" than "They're all useless, fuck 'em." He's not everyone's cup of tea, but he is on our side.

Here's the thing: you won't see me either. Some of us, for one reason or another, can't physically be present at a protest. It doesn't make us less of an ally. Jeff does, awkwardly, provide a service: he helps spread the truth about our enemies in plain language. He's not the best, but he's trying.

Let's wait and see. I don't think he'll turn coward, but I could be wrong. I just don't find it productive to worry about someone who isn't an enemy, even if he isn't the best ally. Let's try to focus our energy on the real fight ahead. Once we've dealt with that, we can reprimand any cowards left.

Actually, focusing on allies because you don't think they're "good enough" for your personal tastes is a really good way to reduce the number of allies you have to zero.
