We care about the people who come to us asking for help because keeping pets with their families is key to animal welfare. Unfortunately, so many of the people and cats we help are the result of political decisions.

- People who come to us for help with their cats because they can no longer find affordable housing,
- People who can’t afford food or veterinary care because they make minimum wage,
- And anyone who enters our door while living in fear of ICE stopping them before they arrive.

Harmony House for Cats is a safe space for all. That means you, our staff, our volunteers, our visitors - anyone who’s part of our community, no matter how long you’re with us. You’re safe when you’re with us, and we’ll do everything we can to make sure of that.
