Sadly it looks like there's no clear way set this up with my shop platform... but I do recommend the finish!
1. It is technically Matte mod podge
2. Will ultimately protect the grackle for longer enjoyment!
3. As a lover of extremely matte/flat things- imo the slight finish gloss is quite nice! :)
