I also got a Costco membership. Not sure how they’re related, but they are now.

I guess I have a POTS diagnosis now. I think I’m only missing some vowels & Ms to have the full set.
It’s really interesting to have been expecting the worst, but actually am taken seriously?
Anyway, trying a new med (apparently dying has perks - heart failure gets it covered) & doing tests in Aug

I'm sorry to hear about the recent diagnosis; I hope #Costco brings you as much joy as it does me (I'm not kidding - I love that place so much).
So far we’ve been *mostly* sane about purchases. Hate parking tho.
POTS was a mostly assumed thing, the appt is/was primarily ruling out other kinds of dizzy when standing & getting meds.
P.S. Costco's pharmacy often has the best prices (I even get pet meds there).
P.P.S. You may already know this, but their house brand items are premium quality. I opt for Kirkland products whenever I can.
"We understand you're going to want a one dollar hot dog."
Saves me buying anything at Tar-jhay.
This was after a spate of arson a few years ago at various ones & then the homeless encampments… everything being locked up AND reeking of fragrance. Nah.
I suppose it's appropriate that our local Target is also where the area's biggest Tesla charging zone can be found.
As it is it was down to every couple months for stuff like TP & dishwasher pods. But Costco, TJ’s & local places (Berkeley Bowl FTW) have filled just about all the gaps. Still fairly reliant on Amz tho :c
