I feel this deep in my soul. Lately I just walk quickly through this and other sites, scan for updates from friends and snippets of beauty, and pick up the main pieces of news so I feel somewhat informed. It's getting harder to do that every day.

I’m with you on this. There is only so much that sitting on the internet or in front of the TV seething with rage can do. And while I understand that I have privilege that I can “turn it off” I am doing no one any service by destroying my well being. Put your own mask on first, honey.

Exactly, so I'm going to do a few things (turns out my current dept Chair teaches safe protesting seminars) to help me feel more prepared for the inevitable, and in the mean time, no news. It's all shit everywhere anyway, and we all know it's not going to get better now.
