If Trump had been elected in any European country, there would have been mass protests since the night the election was called. Romania, Georgia, Moldova, they all took the streets to make their voices heard immediately after. They didn't stay silent, they didn't falter.

Most of Europe has a (sort of) proportional electoral system.
Using the popular vote as PR Trump would have lost in 2016 by 3m votes and in 2020 by 6m votes.
This time he is currently leading by less than 2.5m votes.
Under PR would he have got a 3rd go?
