So I asked this a few months back on twitter but it looks like i've been losing weight ever since.. I've been really struggling to gain anything and was wondering if anyone had suggestions or tips on how to get fat on a ridiculously small budget (~200€ per month). I should mention i'm in France too

I’d say trail mix, oatmeal, whole milk, any kind of bagged snacks and sandwiches are a really good place to start.
Also half & half and instant pudding should be on the cheaper side too.
Consistency is the key then, but a little boost of 1500 kcal in a pint/day is really helping 👌
