Hopefully Timmy will ask to return to normal, or at least be able to since she's now a grown woman with a scientific mindset due to her high intelligence.

Could it be that when Wanda tells her to undo the wish, this version of Timmantha won't recognize her and considers magic to be something childish and illogical, going to look for work in a laboratory while the godparents are taken by the magic taxi?
I think she just wouldn't be able to make a wish while being an adult. But would realize that her new intelligence will help her find a way to turn back to normal (maybe even without magic)
The million dollar question would be, would she want to go back to normal? Being an adult and with a great intellect, she could find the adult world fascinating, added to the attention she receives from men for being pretty, awakening her feminine instincts.
What if she meets a very intelligent and charming scientist who invites her to have coffee, she accepts and this leads to a series of dates where in the end they give her a kiss, a kiss that she really liked?
