Having a rough go of it lately. I have a compacted disk in my neck which is squeezing a nerve making my shoulder and entire left arm hurt super bad. Gonna be another week before I can get into PT. Doc gave me muscle relaxers but they make me so groggy i'd honestly prefer the pain.
