I remember, one of my coworkers had been given health and safety responsibilities when someone had quit. (They dumped all that guys responsibilities on the crew that was still here.)
And our boss encouraged him to point out things he saw, and bring them up in morning meetings.

Like he had a well laid out presentation of a few things and stuff, i'd looked it over, and it was like, ladder safety and general NORMAL stuff to bring up?

And that just pluuuumeted the good will, and we ALL started to rebel. Lmao
Most of us left, in a 2 week span, and who were still there just gave 0 poops anymore.

She was also the manager for the business, and would go home and play the sims.
She would "go from business to business and 'shake things uo' and leave.". Which we assume means she was kicked out.
If that shows what kind of a person this was.
Was not a fun 4 years. But was my covid job.
