Awesome! I have serendipitously seen a few bridges in my own projects. I always stop and stare at dividing cells in ExM samples (possibly to the annoyance of my collaborators). I’ve added to the list, thanks for sharing!

I am currently reading about the fate(s) of the midbody after abscission. I had no idea. What a fascinating process! Have you looked at the midbody releasing or being engulfed via ExM (difficult since there would only be snapshots in time)? Seems like a nice target for high Expansion Factor ExM!
