The veto message on A9105, which is "PSC already has authority to do this" kind of sucks, because it's definitely not doing it.

I also get confused why the Legislature in NY doesn't override Gov Vetoes. This bill passed 58-2, 145-0.

Yeah — I think veto overrides are seen as a nuclear option that would create a big conflict with the gov going into budget season? One of those things that dubiously get taken for granted in Albany.

The actual text of the amendments goes into separate bills in January.
