It's still the same old silence, but incredibly useful if you want to render eximus and those stalker in steelpath toa baby level unable to cast anything.
Well shit, I had no idea it disabled to that extent. Always considered it just a good stun and stealth/finisher tool. Definitely gonna have to try this out now and also revisit Banshee… 👀
