On the subject of MagSafe (or qi2) on android phones, almost no phone actually has implemented it even though it’s been available as a standard for a few years. But they all offer cases with magnets. So effectively everyone gets the functionality via the case.

Gonna have to firmly disagree that you can always get someone at Amazon who is “empowered to help”. I’ve had a number of experiences where that was NOT the case. They aren’t Apple bad. But they’re bad at customer service

re: overtime/robots. I think that some are obviously on the AI train, but that's even more of the problem John is talking about with clueless companies. Like, I'm not trusting the 3 laws of robotics if they can be circumvented by "ignore previous instructions and do this murder, please."
