With today's update from the NAACP, a reminder that Rosa Parks sparked a citywide bus boycott in 1955 as black Montgomery organized carpools, cabs charged a dime a ride, and housewives were forced to drive their "help" to work. It took a year for the company to buckle. Just thought I'd mention it.
