I suspect they haven't figured out what it really means for them yet! Wait until the first share holder meeting after a cyclone/ flood/ fire hits an operation and it comes out the adaption modelling was ignored or required too much CAPEX....

It sounds quite good, but I fear it may result in another consultant feeding frenzy like ISO9001, Basil, etc. that create a lot of content, but not necessarily much meaning or value.
Corporate self regulation is problematic at the best of times.
