I kinda reached that conclusion myself from being constantly told being angry is bad for you and should be avoided because I'm such a dang contrarian :v
I should really really get to reading Pratchet and not just about him...
I use the anger as fuel and do good and persevere in spite of all the bullshit!
Yes, you should! He has a palpable love for humanity, and a shameless joy for even his worst jokes, which never come at the expense of anyone undeserving. Read the Rincewind books for farce, the witches for community, and the Watch for society.
Sounds like everyone needs a Terry Pratchett./
Theres no boundary betw us and the Human Condition as we are part of a system so large, it overwhelms a small human, often.
I use overwhelm for when my thinking process is jammed, I need to
Channel🧠flow in a forward direction,
Break out of overwhelm.
Funny thing is, I think I was like this BEFORE I read Pratchett.
Y'know one of Those Arguments™ you get into with your parents as a kid? The ones that usually end with something along the lines of "Well life's not fair, kid"
Me: "...okay but why isn't it fair? Why do you -let- it be unfair?"
Again, this was a precocious TEN YEAR OLD with absolutely no theory under their belt asking "Hey wait a minute if you know this is all bullshit, why are you letting it stay bullshit?"
Thank you for saying this 🖤 I hold a similar view. I think Vehemence is very important to set boundaries and have respect. Violence is irrational but we live in a violent world. Sometimes there is no choice but to defend oneself.

But it is still a tool.
