Russian #Shaheds used in attacks on Sumy, Ukraine, had new warheads with #tungsten shrapnel balls. Though reported by Ukrainian authorities in late September, this is their first recorded use in Sumy. An anti-personnel munition, its use on civilian targets is simply #terrorism.
