Not talking about the ball placement, stop making up a narrative and assigning it to me.
How was the contact between Enzo and Veltman any different from the Joelinton/Gabriel duel? Either both are fouls or both are fair play.
It’s the inconsistency in officiating I’m attempting to highlight.

Fact stop remains there’s no difference between the 2 challenges.
And yes I expect the officials to be consistent. A call in one game should be the same in the next.
The ref and VAR in the BRI CHE did.
They're human beings, they decide on what they see, they don't have a library of other decisions in their heads.
No 2 cases are identical.
Deal with it and move on.
There are myriads of tools that can be implemented to improve officiating. They’ve become comfortable with their poor performances.
ETH lost his job on the back of a game his capt was sent off, it was the wrong call.
I want the players and not officials to decide games.
But he lost lost the job on the back of a defeat in which officials incorrectly sent his captain off, evidenced by the recision.
Careers are ruined due to poor officiating. As fans we should demand they improve on their deficiencies.
They defend the indefensible, never concede the most glaring mistakes, they double down.
And yes we get calls. Odegaard handball against Liverpool. Our phantom corner against United we get a goal from, obstructing keepers on corner etc etc.
I still want the game called consistently. There is room for improvement in officiating.
