Yes, he’s doing whatever he wants. No one is stopping him. Only time he changes course is when it becomes detrimental to his interests - ie bond valuation & market tanking. And then it’s only by degree. And case in point, he’s now got the combined power of the US aligning with Putin. Pretty shocking

EOs aren’t suggestions for making law. They have the force and effect of law if valid. Most of his EOs obviously have not been. What they are definitely not is legislation, and the bigger problem here is him making it look like he’s signing bills passed by congress.
