It's basically a bunch of short stories but I really love the From a Certain Point of View series, I've read the books for eps 4 and 5, not 6 yet but it's really great at world building and it's always fun rewatching the episodes after reading

Lost Stars is set during the original trilogy and a little after, it's one of my favourite! Force Collector is set during the sequels, and is another rsally good book!!

Rise of The Red Blade, Ahsoka, Aftermath Trilogy, Master and Apprentice, and Lords of The Sith are some my favorites (that you haven’t read yet) for canon. With a Legends bonus of Revan.
