On this Day of Remembrance for the internment of citizens of Japanese descent, I think of my grandparents, Aoki Sadayoshi and Aoki Masako. They immigrated to Cumberland, BC, in 1918, answering the request of the Japanese-Canadian community there for Japanese teachers. (1/5)
