@maddow.msnbc.com are you missing the other lie in "we're making sure this incredibly sensitive Treasury data is handled appropriately..." or some such claim backed up by the claim it's "Read Only" access does NOT absolve them or resolve the violation. They shouldn't be able to READ it or WRITE it.
