But the Dems need to harness any wins into a narrative of what they mean. Republicans are going to spin all of this as the Dems being the party of saving wasteful spending programs. Dems need to be ready.
Yes. Details: What positions were saved? What work did those people do? Who is served by their work? What happens when that work isn't done. Make this about more than job numbers.
