Our national wildfire team, BC’s wildfire management team, water bombers, and helicopters w/ Bambi Buckets are aiding California, with more on the way. Ground crews from BC, ON, AB, and Quebec are also there. We’re here for California, just as they’ve been for us. That’s what good neighbours do.

They generally don’t drop sea water bc it corrodes metal (think salted roads in winter and a car). Offhand, I don’t think they drop enough salt water to permanently damage the land. #HeavyRain
