How this happened is really important. Do ordinary people need to be concerned about their bank accounts? I think not but your reporting could clarify things here. Was a term of the FEMA grant that it had debit access as well as credit access to NYC accounts? Was this an ACH reversal? Important!

I’m concerned about my bank account since the federal government has the info. I’m probably going to close my bank account and go with a credit union that’s local to my blue state.
