Also, being able to screenshare in the middle of a meeting on a complex topic is GOLDEN, and an experience that is hard to do when you're all crowded around a table in a board room.

I'm a boss. I fucking love remote work. I can boss around (respond to questions and give feedback) multiple people at the same time while also being in a meeting I need to be in. The real reason bosses don't like remote work is b/c they have to actually have to do their jobs.
