I can fix the all-star game:

Keep the current format (4 team bracket, include rising stars bracket winner, target score)
Raise target score to 60
Musical long breaks between games *only*
Eliminate long breaks mid-games
Restrict comic relief to pre/post game only or get real streetball MC
Delete TNT
