It's definitely not very reassuring! I should flag though that this assumes the 24/25 & 25/26 funding uplift is applied equally across the MoJ, as we didn't get any info on the split across eg courts vs prisons. In reality, we expect more to go to prisons (and court performance to continue 📉)
