I really hate to see small makers take a hit from this, especially after Etsy kicked out adult toys. But I don't see any kind of threshold for this that would exempt small businesses.

To clarify my first post, it's not just international, but seems to be anyone shipping to the EU even within the EU itself, outside of some categories like food.

It's much easier if you're IN the EU because that automatically fulfills the requirement to have a local EU address and native responsible person. The rest of us would need to contract with a local company to by the native responsible person in our stead.
