You joke about it, but you absolutely can. The Democrats can create a shadow cabinet to undermine the Trump cabinet. They do this all the time in parliamentary democracies. The Democrats refuse to do so.

Our issue is the Supreme Court is basically the most powerful branch of government and can unilaterally say anything I’d unconstitutional. Same reason Biden couldn’t cancel student loans but Trump was immune from the law. SCOTUS can contradict itself at will. Other countries don’t have this.
I agree with this, but the Democrat leadership chose to ignore this. They need to show the people that the Supreme Court is fundamentally flawed. A good start would be breaking from government tradition, for example, creating a shadow cabinet.
