Invest 97L in the Caribbean Sea is now at a 90% chance of developing into a full-on #hurricane within the next 7 days, and if it does, will be named Rafael and move into the Gulf of Mexico. It is expected to reach Cat1/2 hurricane status and make landfall along the southern coast.
