Give us great option against better teams i think, still need Pau, but right now more defending option might be better, Pau start against Leipzig, Mings against Southampton and maybe both against Forest and City
Definitely, Pau been brilliant for UCL so far and has experience to play European football and European football not as physical, so its help him, brilliant footballer as a footballer better than Mings, but not as good defending as Mings
We have so badly missed his leadership. You could hear him shouting and organising his team. Pau could never do that.
I’d still like to see us do a 5 back with Mings central one day
He played very well but to me it’s the fact he still holds to cache to command the back line after a yr plus off the field…big emotional boost to the team
