Comments
- drain aquafaba from can
- place chickpeas on plate
- Microwave 5 min.
- Put in pan and sautee with spices and/or sauce of choice.
Takes 15-30 minutes.

Yeah it's something I work really hard to try to not fall out of but convenience is both... well, convenient but also a form of spice as well. Food is better if you don't gotta make it 😆
I used ~75:25 olive:szechuan peppercorn oil. Flavored with garlic, adobo peppers, thyme, cumin, salt, black pepper. Cooked for about 60 seconds.
Added more salt, cumin, thyme, and some msg after cooking (along with the saved fried bits)
(she cooks a great potato)
