like I didn't use flour nor used mentsuyu (which isn't a fish based stock and I don't have dashi) so I went with normal chicken stock and settled for more of stir fry
I just bought some mushrooms, and I wonder if our leeks are ready to be used. I'll likely make it this week, the video got me inspired (also is a bit funny so A+)
