I wonder how The Wave is leasing up. Studios from 3600. 2 beds from 6000-8000. It’s East Williamsburg, couple minutes from the grand stop / not along the metropolitan hotbed. It was incredible to witness this monstrosity be erected in just a short couple months, whereas it's been almost two years of renovating the ballfields just down the street at Grand Street Campus and it's still not even close to being finished.

Yeah they had a lot more leeway with it being a corner lot they could work from behind on too I bet. Exposed on all sides and easier access. Even across the street is going way slower cuz it’s 2/4 sides covered

Not Brooklyn as a whole but this residential core of East Williamsburg fetching Manhattan rates is something most woulda called you crazy to predict in 2010 or so
