What happens now: Senate will either have to pass this or the two sides agree on something else. Then they have to draft a bill. Then they have to pass that bill. If it goes as planned there would be a $2T+ bite out of mandatory spending programs (like Medicaid) & ~4.5T tax cuts over 10 years.
