p2+3 are the only good persona games to me, but the newer ones are baby easy & really miss out on the signature smt vibes of brutality & deep philosophical stuff. smtV is actually great at this for a modern installment, and Metaphor Refantazio has also been v cool. but nocturne + DDS are my goats 👌
Hm, might give Nocturne a shot first then. I do love a story or game that is willing to get a little philosophical, so SMT might just be a better fit for me than Persona.
