Its a terrible system to play BEU in my opinion. Im playing River City - Rival Showdown on 3DS and feel a bit of pain in my hands if I play more than 30min. GBA is even worse, because they're not ergonomic.

DD Advance have a cool combo system, but even using controllers is hard to do great combos

Eh, in hindsight, I wouldn't play on it too long, but as a kid, this was golden.

It definitely showed for me with the 3ds, though. LOL, I wanted a switch port of the Metroid 2 remake for that exact reason.

I used to play it too long, because most games that I had contact were long, like Mega Man Battle Network 3 and Castlevania Aria of Sorrow.

I got through it pretty fine. You just gotta remember the pathways and boss patterns. There's really not a lot to this game.

It oddly feels like your average Open Beats of Rage mod, haha. Still really loved it as a kid.
