My boys & I have been watching old EFC games from when he was last in charge, his lowest finish was 11th & that was the only time out of top 10 (& we rode him for not taking us higher).

Honestly, I think they are..I said that before we even appointed Dyche. There are some slight variances but philosophically very similar. People are getting ridiculously carried away based on a typical new manager lift. We still had 35% possession at home and were hanging on vs their ressies.

What I mean by that is, both of them at core are about: fit, organised, defensively sound, direct, heavy focus on set plays. We can debate the nuances after that.
