I had a letter saying I missed payment on the 5th of January 2016 come the other day. dated the 8th of January my guess is AI sent that pile of shite alright.

but think of the improvements that could be made: you could have got an appointment letter for a person who doesn't exist to check up on a condition that only affects horses.
